Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Washington, NC facility
