Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and accurately document incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
