Responsibilities
- Process and package shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in all work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading operations using proper techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
- Pass background check and drug screening
