Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional deliveries)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
