Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Support receiving processes and verify incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid state ID
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
