Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certifications
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
