Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Pack and ship orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
