Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort incoming/outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
