Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong math skills and basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record

- Previous experience with inventory management systems a plus
