Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Process incoming/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized storage zones following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
