Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using proper safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (with proper certification)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but training can be provided
