Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracyOperate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
