Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship products while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA guidelines
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments for accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
