Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization for maximum efficiency
- Train new associates on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
