Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse facilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
