Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, scanner)
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
