Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Floor Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move heavy materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately, including packing slips and shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
