Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
