Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and order fulfillment operations in our Seattle distribution center
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our proprietary WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends as operational needs require
