Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to daily fulfillment targets
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order completion
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills and ability to read packing slips
