Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to NW Portland facility
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required
