Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and update digital systems in real-time.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
