Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using industrial equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse software.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
