Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
