Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging incoming inventory
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass certification test)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
