Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dock scheduling
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse processes and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
