Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and accuracy
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting initiatives
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital inventory tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
