Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory cycles through systematic stock counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for facility vehicle operation)
