Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Train new team members on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional deliveries
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
