Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent teamwork skills and reliable attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends
