Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support services according to medical protocols
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant clinical environments
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA, EMT, or medical assistant certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if required for travel)
