Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital tracking accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
