Responsibilities
- Execute daily production and operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and project deadlines.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure final products meet company standards.
- Adhere to strict inventory management procedures and reporting protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
