Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for diverse client portfolios
- Develop weekly pay solutions for gig economy workers and small businesses
- Implement and optimize automated payroll systems using proprietary software
- Conduct compliance audits for multi-state payroll operations
- Train clients on digital payroll platforms and mobile payment features
- Analyze payroll data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, or equivalent platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client training and support
- Experience with fintech integration and API management
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
