Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse machinery including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in training new team members on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
