Role Overview
As our Future AI Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and guiding the development of AI systems that will define the industry standard by 2026. You will lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to turn complex theoretical concepts into robust, deployable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, forecasting trends in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Agentic AI.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures that can handle enterprise-grade workloads.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and select the optimal stack to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation AI applications to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Architecture Skills: Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into business strategy (specifically regarding 2026 trends).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
