Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI governance)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype scalable solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, neurotech adoption) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human-AI collaboration systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact beyond traditional metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum applications, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market vision
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience advising boards on ESG and innovation governance for long-term value creation
