Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and marketing teams on future-focused initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and technological breakthroughs
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation portfolio performance and market adaptation metrics
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems to identify first-mover advantages
- Present future outlook reports to stakeholders with data-driven narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services (2020-2025)
- Advanced certification in Futures Thinking or Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic pivots in volatile markets
