Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation frameworks targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with venture-backed resources
- Author annual Future Outlook reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, neurotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
