Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to transform visionary concepts into market-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and portfolio performance
- Foster an experimental culture through rapid prototyping and iterative testing methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Blue Ocean Strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
