Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainability) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop scenario-based strategic models forecasting industry disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives across all business units
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and socio-economic shifts impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
- Experience working with AI-driven analytics tools and predictive modeling platforms
