Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define Apex Future Labsâ roadmap for the year 2026, aligning business goals with technological advancements.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Identify and evaluate emerging AI trends, creating a comprehensive integration plan for automation across all departments.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational transformations, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and workflows by the 2026 deadline.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and department heads to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate industry shifts and position Apex Future Labs as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and future of work technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
