- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology and organizational strategy for 2026, aligning with company-wide goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, particularly in AI, automation, and remote work infrastructure, to predict future needs.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the digital transformation agenda, ensuring seamless integration of new tools and platforms across departments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to prioritize initiatives and secure buy-in for major strategic pivots.
- Workforce Planning: Design flexible and scalable organizational structures that support a distributed and agile workforce.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors that align with our long-term vision.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report on ROI to the board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or digital transformation within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to look beyond current capabilities and define a clear, actionable vision for the future.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership: Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
