Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 operational overhaul, aligning with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable infrastructure solutions to support future growth and high-traffic scenarios.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with evolving priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
