Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that optimize complex computational tasks for next-generation hardware.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Apply advanced optimization techniques to reduce latency and improve throughput in large-scale neural network deployments.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI evolution, exploring cutting-edge research papers and adapting breakthrough technologies into production-ready code.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming languages.
- System Design: Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, distributed systems capable of handling high-concurrency workloads.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
