In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, production-grade infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for our next-generation platforms, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the AI revolution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures for high-volume applications.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core business processes to drive automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce inference latency.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance within the 2026 technology stack.
- Drive innovation in quantum computing interfaces and edge AI deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI architecture and infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of 2026-era technologies, including advanced NLP, Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
