Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant ML architectures
- Architect autonomous decision frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for regulated industries
- Drive innovation through partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich labs
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Lead development of generative AI applications for personalized customer experiences
- Monitor regulatory shifts in AI policy and adapt compliance frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in AI strategy
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong Python proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch mastery
- Exceptional communication skills bridging technical and executive stakeholders
