Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof infrastructure architectures supporting AI/ML workloads and quantum computing environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-compliant systems with zero-trust security frameworks
- Conduct advanced cost-benefit analyses for emerging technologies including edge computing and distributed ledger systems
- Create comprehensive disaster recovery plans for hybrid cloud environments with 99.999% uptime SLAs
- Develop automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Research and integrate sustainable computing solutions to achieve carbon-neutral operations by 2026
- Mentor junior engineers on next-generation DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture with 5+ years in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expertise in designing high-availability systems for AI/ML workloads and quantum computing infrastructure
- Professional certifications in Kubernetes, Terraform, or Azure/AWS Solutions Architect
- Proven track record of reducing infrastructure costs by 30%+ while improving performance metrics
- Experience with zero-trust security models and NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks
- Strong background in automation tools and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects with cross-functional teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
