- Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, improving crawlability and indexability.
- Lead keyword research and content strategy to capture high-intent traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content creators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Design, Product) to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor algorithm updates and industry changes to proactively adjust strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior SEO roles, preferably within a fast-paced tech or agency environment.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts to developers.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and driving revenue growth.
