Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architecture for technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to determine their viability for enterprise implementation.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that support complex business operations and future growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
